In this feature comedy, a young and ambitious newspaper reporter, in pursuit of a hot story gets caught up in a wild goose chase with an infamous prankster. Set in the 50s through to the present day, The Happy Hoaxer is a bio-pic based on the life of culture-jammer and American icon, Alan Abel who has been recognised in Life Magazine's "Century of Change".
